The open-concept kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. Enjoy family time in the dining area with ample seating and a cozy sectional couch. Bathrooms are elegantly designed with travertine floors and granite countertops.
The backyard features a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi, complete with child-safety locks and a covered patio for outdoor dining. The property is a 3/4-mile walk to the Disneyland tram, and you can enjoy the fireworks from both the front and back yards.
**Key Details:**
- Maximum Occupancy: 15 (including day visitors)
- Minimum Stay: 3 Nights
- No Outside Music or Noise between 10 PM and 9 AM
- Refundable $500 security deposit and signed contract, guest list, and ID required for booking. (Proof of payment required if booking within 2 weeks of arrival).
- Professional cleaning per CDC guidelines.

- Full-size washer and dryer
- Natural gas BBQ grill
**Additional Services:** Pre-arrival grocery stocking/delivery service available (fees apply).
These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY gathering or event. Homes are protected with outdoor security cameras. There are NO inside cameras
